Restorative Dental Solutions Available at Our Culver City Clinic

Our clinic offers a full range of restorative treatments to repair, strengthen, and replace teeth. The right option depends on how much natural tooth structure remains and the results you want, which we confirm during an in-person exam. Common restorative dental services are:

  • Dental crowns: custom caps that cover and protect a weakened, cracked, or heavily filled tooth, with same-day crown options when suitable.
  • Porcelain veneers: thin, tooth-colored shells that correct chips, stains, and worn enamel for a natural front-tooth finish.
  • Tooth-colored fillings: composite fillings that repair tooth decay while matching the shade of your surrounding teeth.
  • Dental bonding: a quick, gentle way to rebuild a chipped or cracked tooth, often in a single visit.
  • Inlays and onlays: durable restorations for teeth too damaged for a filling yet not needing a full crown.
  • Dental bridges, implants, and dentures: dependable ways to replace missing teeth, restore bite function, and support facial structure and jawbone health.
  • Full-mouth rehabilitation: a coordinated full mouth reconstruction plan that combines several dental restorations when many teeth need attention, sometimes alongside root canal therapy to save a badly infected tooth.

From a single filling to complete smile restoration, our team tailors each solution to your needs. Every option uses tooth-colored materials chosen to restore natural teeth while preserving as much healthy structure as possible. Not sure which restoration fits? Request a consultation and we will walk you through every option.

Your Restorative Dentistry Journey at Toothopia in Culver City, Step by Step

Every restoration follows a clear, comfortable path from first exam to final result. Here is what your tooth restoration treatment looks like, step by step:

  1. Comprehensive exam and diagnostics: we assess your teeth, gums, and bite, often using digital X-rays and 3D imaging to see what the eye cannot.
  2. Personalized treatment plan: we review the findings with you, explain each option in plain language, and shape a plan around your priorities and timeline.
  3. Preparing the tooth: depending on the treatment, we gently clean, shape, or strengthen the tooth, using local anesthesia so the process stays comfortable.
  4. Custom restoration: we design and place your crown, veneer, filling, or replacement tooth with high-quality, long-lasting materials matched to your natural shade.
  5. Fit, function, and finish: we check your bite, polish the restoration, and confirm everything feels natural before you leave.
  6. Aftercare and follow-up: we share simple care instructions and schedule any follow-up needed to keep your results healthy for years.

The staff is outstanding, always helpful. Kelly has been a lot of help with keeping my balance straight, lol. She good at what she does. Dr. Michelle does outstanding work, I highly recommend her for all your dental work. My crown fit perfect, the color matched all the rest of my teeth. I’m so pleased with the work that I’ve had done.

I came here because my tooth was hurting. My gum had receded and exposed the root. They told me that my gums were never going to grow back and and that a deep cleaning was required to stop the recession and that later on skin grafting could restore my gums over the root. They also told me I had 12 cavities that needed to be filled. My prior dentist a year earlier told me my teeth were fine. They canceled my regular cleaning, as it was not sufficient for the amount of disarray in my mouth, and took me into a little room to discuss my several thousand dollar treatment solution. The woman there told me that I needed to go to my employer and get the higher level dental insurance so that I would only need to pay about $3k out of pocket. I left in a panic and asked my parents if we had a family history of complete mouth disintegration around age 30. They said no, and advised me to find another dentist. I bought a water pick and spent a few months religiously cleaning my gums and using the fancy mouthwash and my gums grew back over the root and no longer hurts(that advice was thanks to Dr. Google). Then, I found another dentist who took another set of X-rays and was astounded to hear him finish his exam and say “everything looks good, no cavities, just some minor plaque buildup and we’ll get that off right now”. Hope this can help someone else save some hard earned money.
