Full Mouth Rehabilitation in Inglewood with Personalized Restorative Care

When years of wear, injury, or missing teeth have changed how you eat, speak, and smile, treating each concern separately may not address the full picture. A more comprehensive approach rebuilds your mouth as one connected system, and that is exactly what full mouth reconstruction in Inglewood is designed to provide. This treatment combines multiple restorative procedures into a coordinated plan that improves the health, function, and appearance of your teeth, gums, and bite. At Toothopia Dental, our team begins with a detailed evaluation, then creates a restorative plan based on your oral health needs, goals, and comfort. Call us at 310-643-6221 to schedule your consultation.

Full Mouth Dental Reconstruction Options at Our Inglewood Clinic

Full mouth dental reconstruction combines several restorative treatments into one personalized plan that addresses every damaged, worn, or missing tooth together. Instead of a single procedure, it is a tailored roadmap that can blend implants, crowns, veneers, and more to rebuild both function and appearance.

The right mix depends on the condition of your teeth, gums, and jawbone, which we confirm during an in-person exam. Common building blocks of a full mouth rebuild:

  • Dental implants and implant-supported dentures to replace missing teeth and restore chewing strength
  • Dental crowns and bridges to protect and rebuild broken, fractured, or heavily decayed teeth
  • Dental veneers to refresh the look of chipped or worn front teeth
  • Root canal therapy to save teeth affected by deep decay or infection
  • Bone grafting or soft tissue grafting when the jaw or gums need added support before implants
  • Fillings, inlays, and onlays to repair smaller areas of damage

Every mouth is different. If you have several failing teeth alongside gum disease, your plan may begin with periodontal care before any rebuilding starts. For patients who want to avoid removable dentures, implant-supported options can anchor a full arch securely. In cases where an injury or long-term wear has shifted your bite, we focus on restoring balanced, comfortable function, not just a better-looking smile.

For anyone dealing with widespread tooth loss, decay, or a bite that has changed over the years, these treatments work toward one result: a functional, natural-looking smile. Not sure which options fit your situation? Book a consultation with Toothopia Dental team to find out.

Full Mouth Rebuild Process at Our Inglewood Office

Your full mouth rebuild follows a clear, staged path, so you always know what comes next. Because reconstruction is a multi-stage treatment, we sequence each step around healing, comfort, and lasting results.

  1. Comprehensive examination. We start with a thorough review of your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw, including a 3D CBCT scan and digital intraoral scanning to map your mouth in detail.
  2. Personalized treatment plan. We walk you through the findings, explain your options in plain language, and build a plan that reflects your priorities and timeline.
  3. Preparing the foundation. If gum disease, infection, or bone loss is present, we treat it first with care such as periodontal therapy, extractions, or grafting, so the rebuild rests on healthy tissue.
  4. Restoring your teeth. We place implants, crowns, bridges, or dentures in a planned order, allowing time for osseointegration and healing where implants are involved.
  5. Refining your bite and smile. We fine-tune how your teeth meet, confirm a comfortable, functional bite, and polish the final look.
  6. Follow-up and maintenance. We schedule check-ins to protect your results and support long-term oral health.

Timelines vary from person to person. A focused rebuild may take a few visits, while complex cases involving grafting or several implants can span several months as your body heals. For patients who want faster results, we discuss ways to reduce the number of visits where it is clinically safe to do so. To ask what your own timeline might look like, call our Inglewood office at 310-643-6221.

Why Patients Trust Toothopia Team in Inglewood for Full Mouth Restoration

Patients across Inglewood choose Toothopia Dental for full mouth restoration because we handle complex cases with patience, precision, and honest communication. Rebuilding a full smile is a significant decision, and we make sure you feel informed and supported at every stage.

  • Coordinated care. Every restorative step is planned together, so implants, crowns, and other work fit into one cohesive result instead of a series of disconnected procedures.
  • Comfort-focused treatment. For nervous patients, we offer sedation options and a calm, unhurried pace, with clear communication and control throughout each visit.
  • Detailed diagnostics. 3D imaging and digital scanning let us plan precisely and reduce surprises during treatment.
  • Care close to home. Many Inglewood patients value having advanced restorative dentistry nearby, without long drives across the city for every appointment.

Rebuilding a smile is as much about trust as it is about technique. In cases where a dental emergency has left a tooth broken or lost, we can stabilize the situation first, then fold that repair into your wider reconstruction plan. If you have put off care because past treatment felt rushed or impersonal, our team would be glad to offer a second opinion. Reach out to schedule a visit at our Inglewood office.

The staff is outstanding, always helpful. Kelly has been a lot of help with keeping my balance straight, lol. She good at what she does. Dr. Michelle does outstanding work, I highly recommend her for all your dental work. My crown fit perfect, the color matched all the rest of my teeth. I’m so pleased with the work that I’ve had done.

I came here because my tooth was hurting. My gum had receded and exposed the root. They told me that my gums were never going to grow back and and that a deep cleaning was required to stop the recession and that later on skin grafting could restore my gums over the root. They also told me I had 12 cavities that needed to be filled. My prior dentist a year earlier told me my teeth were fine. They canceled my regular cleaning, as it was not sufficient for the amount of disarray in my mouth, and took me into a little room to discuss my several thousand dollar treatment solution. The woman there told me that I needed to go to my employer and get the higher level dental insurance so that I would only need to pay about $3k out of pocket. I left in a panic and asked my parents if we had a family history of complete mouth disintegration around age 30. They said no, and advised me to find another dentist. I bought a water pick and spent a few months religiously cleaning my gums and using the fancy mouthwash and my gums grew back over the root and no longer hurts(that advice was thanks to Dr. Google). Then, I found another dentist who took another set of X-rays and was astounded to hear him finish his exam and say “everything looks good, no cavities, just some minor plaque buildup and we’ll get that off right now”. Hope this can help someone else save some hard earned money.
