Full Denture Services at Our Inglewood Clinic

We provide complete dentures for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth on the upper arch, the lower arch, or both. Every set is built as custom full dentures, shaped to your gums, bite, and facial appearance so your new smile looks and feels like your own.

Your options include:

  • Conventional complete dentures, crafted after your gums heal and finished with natural-looking, lifelike teeth on a custom denture base.
  • Immediate dentures, so you are never left without replacement teeth while your tissues settle.
  • Implant-supported and implant-retained dentures, anchored by dental implants for a more secure fit and stronger chewing function.
  • Removable upper and lower dentures, plus partial dentures when some healthy natural teeth remain.

Whatever route fits your mouth, the goal is the same: comfortable, stable artificial teeth that let you eat, speak, and smile with confidence again. Not sure which option suits you? Book a consultation, and we will recommend the right set.

Toothopia Dental Full Denture Process for Patients in Inglewood

Getting full dentures follows a clear, step-by-step path, usually spread across a few short appointments over several weeks. Here is what the journey looks like in our clinic:

  1. Consultation and exam. We review your tooth loss, oral health, and gum support, then may take a 3D scan to plan treatment.
  2. Tooth extraction, if needed. Any teeth that cannot be saved are removed gently, and we guide you through the healing process.
  3. Dental impressions and records. Digital and traditional impressions capture the shape of your ridges and the way your jaws meet.
  4. Wax try-in. You preview tooth shape, shade, and smile line before anything is finalized, so you have a real say in the result.
  5. Denture fabrication and fitting. Your dentures are made from durable acrylic resin and lifelike teeth, then fitted and adjusted for a comfortable, secure fit.
  6. Follow-up visits. We fine-tune your bite, handle any denture adjustment, and explain denture care, relining, and repair over time.

Patients We Commonly Help with Full Dentures in Inglewood

We see a wide range of patients seeking full dentures in Inglewood, and care is tailored to each situation:

  • The nervous patient. If dental anxiety has kept you away, we move at your pace, explain each step in plain language, and offer calming options so you stay in control.
  • The urgent case. For painful, failing, or broken teeth, we can prioritize relief and discuss immediate dentures so you are not left without teeth.
  • The complex case. In cases of bone loss, gum disease, medical conditions, or a prior failed treatment, we adjust the plan, which may include implant-supported dentures for added stability.
  • The patient who wants fast results. For those seeking a quicker path to a complete smile, immediate dentures can restore your appearance the same day as your extractions.

Wherever you fall, the right option is confirmed after an in-person assessment, never assumed from a template. Tell us your situation and we will map out a plan that fits.

  • A full range of solutions. From complete dentures to implant-supported sets, we match the option to your needs and oral health.
  • Ongoing support. We are here for adjustments, relining, and repairs long after your dentures are delivered.

What to Expect After Getting Full Dentures in Our Clinic in Inglewood

The first few weeks with new dentures are an adjustment period, and that is completely normal. Here is what most patients can expect:

  • Mild soreness or extra saliva for a short time as your mouth adapts; this usually eases within a few days.
  • A short learning curve for eating and speaking; start with softer foods and practice reading aloud.
  • A few follow-up visits for denture adjustment, so any sore spots are smoothed out quickly.
  • Relining over the months ahead, since gums change shape after tooth loss, and a refit keeps your dentures stable.
  • Daily denture care to protect both your appliance and your overall oral health.

If anything feels off between visits, do not wait it out. Call our Inglewood team, and we will get you comfortable again.

I've been traumatized to go to the dentist since I was 12... I finally got dental insurance 4 years ago, but went to another dentist that traumatized me even more.... 4 years later, I found the best dentist I didn't even know existed which was only 7 minutes away from my house... it was like watching heavens door open, not to be dramatic or anything, but I was truly blessed no lie.... my biggest worry was a root canal I haven't covered in 14 years, they fixed that right up, gave me a crown, did my cleaning, filled some old cavity fillings and the price was heaven sent as well with my insurance I could cry... I finally am able to fix my teeth without struggling to choose between having a healthy mouth or buying groceries ...and the front desk is so nice! Everyone is so nice! They remember your face and name it doesn't even feel like im going to the dentist, thank you so much for existing

I came here because my tooth was hurting. My gum had receded and exposed the root. They told me that my gums were never going to grow back and and that a deep cleaning was required to stop the recession and that later on skin grafting could restore my gums over the root. They also told me I had 12 cavities that needed to be filled. My prior dentist a year earlier told me my teeth were fine. They canceled my regular cleaning, as it was not sufficient for the amount of disarray in my mouth, and took me into a little room to discuss my several thousand dollar treatment solution. The woman there told me that I needed to go to my employer and get the higher level dental insurance so that I would only need to pay about $3k out of pocket. I left in a panic and asked my parents if we had a family history of complete mouth disintegration around age 30. They said no, and advised me to find another dentist. I bought a water pick and spent a few months religiously cleaning my gums and using the fancy mouthwash and my gums grew back over the root and no longer hurts(that advice was thanks to Dr. Google). Then, I found another dentist who took another set of X-rays and was astounded to hear him finish his exam and say “everything looks good, no cavities, just some minor plaque buildup and we’ll get that off right now”. Hope this can help someone else save some hard earned money.

Full Denture Questions from Inglewood Patients

How long does it take to get full dentures in Inglewood?

Most full denture treatments in Inglewood take a few weeks across several visits. Conventional dentures are made after your gums heal, while immediate dentures can be placed the same day as your extractions. Your exact timeline depends on whether you need a tooth extraction or implants first.

Are implant-supported dentures available near me in Inglewood?

Yes. For patients near you in Inglewood who want a more secure fit, we offer implant-supported and implant-retained dentures anchored by dental implants. These improve denture stability and chewing function, which many patients notice most on the lower arch.
